Right to Purchase.
This is a specialized program offered by Home Partners of America. If you qualify, an approved realtor will help you find a property. Home Partners will buy the home if it is available and you sign a one-year lease, with rent-certainty of three to five years if you extend the lease, as well as a right to purchase agreement.
