3. You can survive without water for only 3 days.
4. You can survive for 3 weeks without eating any food.

Food Supply
Finally, you should prepare your food supply. Start by storing food that will last for 72 hours. You will also need to learn how to store it well, food preservation, etc. Include some emergency rations in your supply as well—consider them essentials for bug out bags.
Don't forget hunting tools or a fishing kit. Reminder: Don't carry a ton of food supplies. Bring only what you can carry.
