Sinful but a Tad Healthy Desserts

Nothing satisfies a person's palate after eating a heavy meal than a dessert. Created to please the sweet tooth of any food enthusiast, desserts are often not considered health food due to their use of sugar.
Several recipes of desserts need not be labeled unhealthy for some can still be sources of nutrition. The notoriety of sugar and its allies could be avoided if sweet food such as a dessert is eaten in moderation.
The following are some dessert recipes that may be considered healthy and at the same time a class of food that provides a perfect ending to a wonderful meal.
Walnut Stuffed Dates
Easy to make and pleasing to the taste, the recipe has dates and walnuts, which are both a source of antioxidants and are low in sugar content.

The ingredients are:
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
12 dates
1/4 cup sugar

How to make the recipe:
1. Slice open one side of the fruit dates to remove any pit.
2. Insert walnut inside the dates.
3. Roll the dates over ΒΌ or less sugar and serve.

Strawberries Chantilly
Delightful strawberry laced with Chantilly would satisfy any sweet obsessed fan of desserts. With or without sugar, the recipe is great for any occasion.
The mini food's nutrition exclusively comes from the strawberry fruit, which is a great source of vitamin C and fiber.

The ingredients are:
1/4 to 1/3 cup powder sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 large basket of strawberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar

The way to prepare the recipe:
1. Mix strawberries and a sprinkle of sugar in a large bowl. Cover the bowl and store the sweetened fruit in a refrigerator.
2. Mix heavy cream, vanilla, and powder sugar in a Kitchen Aid bowl. Turn on whisk attachment to stir and blend.
3. Stop mixing when the shape of a soft peak appears.
4. Take out the strawberries from the refrigerator.
5. Fill large glasses with a few tablespoons of Chantilly, next introduce a couple of fresh strawberries and then top the fruit with another spoonful of Chantilly.

Baked Peaches
Definitely sinful, but not overly luxurious, the dessert is a part of classic French recipes.
Its thick country French bread absorbs all the caramel from the combination of baked peach, butter, and sugar - each bite is a delicious and sweet conclusion.
The desserts' only source of nutrition is the peach fruit, which offers vitamins, dietary fiber, and minerals such as potassium, copper, and manganese.

The ingredients of the recipe include:
4 ripe, cut in half and pitted peaches
4 slices, crust removed bread
1/4 cup - cut into 4 pieces unsalted butter
4 tablespoons sugar

The instructions on the recipe include:
1. Switch on the thermostat of the oven and set to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place and arrange slices of bread in an 8-inch greased pie pan.
3. Place on top of each cut of bread half a peach with the cut side up. Next, dust each slice of fruit with a tablespoon of sugar topped with a small piece of butter.
4. Insert the dish in the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
5. Serve either warm or cold.
