If you are new to the affiliate marketing game and you want to play for as long as you can, do not make your initial profit from making false claims and misleading your readers. You can tell your readers why you think that a certain product seems useful for you, just be totally honest. Tricking others will only mar your name, making it almost impossible for you to make further sales in the future.
5. Don�t Get Distracted With Every New Shiny Thing
Probably the biggest mistake that most new affiliate marketers make is that they tend to pursue new products and completely abandoning the ones that they started with.
Ignore the shiny new ideas, and concentrate on the ones that you have already started working on. There will always be new ideas presenting themselves to you, but if you constantly chase after the newest things then you will get nowhere fast.
