Music Talks is announcing promotional packages for indie artists including the creation of video content for social media.

Since the start of Music Talks in 2015, this month Music Talks celebrates 3 years of providing free services for promoting and marketing independent and unsigned artists in the aim to help spread the word and awareness about indie music.

From what began as a few artist stories, music tips and the video of the week, Music Talks expanded dramatically, featuring 5 indie artists sharing their stories to the world each month along with Interviews, Music Reviews, Special Guest Talks, Tracey Talks Indie and Teen Talks.

The idea behind the featured artists telling their own story was a way in which founder, Tracey Arbon, thought would be good for fans and people a-like to understand more about the artist behind the music.

"Quite often you would only see either interviews or press releases about an artist's latest EP or tour, but I saw an opportunity where artists could be given the freedom to express themselves and show their personality through their own stories as well as their music regardless of a new release or not" said Tracey.

Artists are free to write about anything they wish, from depression to memories while touring, or a charity in which they support and more. It also creates a greater interaction between the artist and the fans as readers are encouraged to comment below their stories.

Since the growth of Music Talks, Tracey found the need to do more in helping artists create content to market them.

What's been noticed is the stagnation in which the way artists were trying to promote themselves and not quite being able to keep up or understand the current trends of video marketing and promotion or simply unaware of how to produce such content which engages the audience, Music Talks began to incorporate creative video content instead of only promoting the artists story and music.
