Here are a few MLM tips to lower the variety of no-shows to your arranged meetings.
What To Do When Your Visit Does not Show
Here is exactly what you don't do. You don't want to come off as clingy. If you come off as clingy like, "Aw man, that was my only appointment today." Which, it shouldn't have actually been, however if it was your only visit for today, you don't wish to come off as down or depressed. You have to concentrate on who do you need to book next? Who do you have to talk with next about your network marketing business? Who do you need to talk with next about your item? Focus on that instead of concentrating on, "That visit, my day's ruined."
What if they don't reveal or answer your call?
If someone does not show up, whether it's a call or you're supposed to satisfy someone it's an extremely basic procedure. I'll go through both situations. We'll go to the conference a person initially. Say, you're going to meet somebody at an area and do a one on one. They didn't appear. Call them.
Here is my voicemail system
Your consultation was at 9:00 in the morning. You call them, "Hey, John. We had a consultation today. I'm here awaiting you. I'll be here for about another 15 minutes waiting on you. Just let me understand if you're going to come or not." 15 minutes go by. He didn't show. You get up and go. Do not waiting for that possibility. If you want to waiting, do some extra work, make some phone calls, that's great, however do not wait around for that possibility. Carry on to the next one.
You offer him a follow-up call 24 hours later just to see if whatever is alright, "Hey John. We had a consultation the other day. You didn't show up. I waited on you for about 15 minutes, however I had to start. If the business is not a fit for you that's totally cool, but I simply wish to make sure everything's alright. Offer me a call back and we can go over about exactly what you saw." That's the 2nd telephone call. He missed out on the first consultation. Second call, he didn't call you back due to the fact that maybe he's not interested or he does not call you back at all.
Third telephone call, "Hey John, how are you doing? Just want to let you know, I'm taking you off my list. Certainly this is not a suitable for you. I'm going to take you off my list. I want you the best of success and I'll talk with you quickly. Take care. Bye."
With that third telephone call, that's when you are going to get a call back since people do not like to be removed the list. They feel it's a sense of seriousness. He might be like, "Guy, you know, what was I missing out on? Exists something I missed? Possibly I need to follow-up, I need to call him back to see exactly what's going on." On that 3rd voicemail, if they missed the visit, they're not returning your phone call. That third voicemail, you are getting a reaction back.
