Attaining a healthy body and keeping it so│Keeping the body healthy is not as complicated as you think. Much of it is influenced by your diet. However, like most things, there are certain bits of misinformation when it comes to Healthy food that you would rather not pay much attention to. Here are some of them:
1. Bean Protein is Useless without Rice

The truth of the matter is it's not exactly required that│there is no need for you eat two plant-based protein sources like rice and beans for the same meal. Diversifying what you eat every day is far more effective in getting you all the amino acids you need as opposed to sticking to the same food on a daily basis.
2. Calories are more Fattening at Night than they are During the Day
The truth is that calories are the same│Calories have the same effects regardless of when you eat them and how you eat them. What gives the illusion that calories are heavier during the night is that fact that we tend to rest more during these hours as opposed to the day. However, the calorie count for every food item the same regardless if you eat it in the morning or before going to sleep. Instead of reshuffling your diet, it would be better that you can limit the calories your body takes in for every healthy food that you eat.

Of course, microwaving food is not exactly a health-conscious decision but it is safe to say that microwaves do not pose a threat for anyone. Whatever nutrients were stored in that healthy food remains the same after it undergoes the microwave's radiation.
5. Fasting is Needed to Remove Toxins in the Body
The truth is that the body does not need to be deprived of any food│undergo fasting in order to start cleaning itself. It has its own organs to do that namely the spleen, liver, and the kidneys. In fact, fasting might do more harm to the body than good as it messes up the body's bio-clock and .
