When you hear the statement 'You can have a happier life by chasing your dreams', what thoughts pop up in your mind? Do CHILLS run up and down your spine? Do you get excited at the prospect of a happier life? Does the thought of living YOUR DREAM make you want to go after them right now? Or do you feel DEFLATED? SAD? Do you immediately get down in the DUMPS and believe it will never happen? Life is too full of struggles? Too HARD? Not fair? You just know you'll NEVER reach your dreams.
The honest and real truth - You CAN have your dreams if you decide to CHASE after them.
You don't have to be a rocket scientist, you just have to have a BURNING DESIRE to do what it takes even in those 'DOWN IN THE DUMPS' struggling times.
The starting point to living happier and chasing your dreams at the same time, is to recognize what you have to offer the world, and embrace it fully.

As someone who's had struggles periodically through life, I know firsthand how hard it is to be happy and live your dream at the same time. The TRUTH is, there are times you face an overwhelming struggle while trying to make your dream a reality, but it's what you turn that struggle into that counts.
Years ago, I had one of those years! I got hit with a QUADRUPLE WHAMMY. It started when my husband got sick then died 4 months later and ended the following spring when I became a single mom to my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. I took some time off and started to rebuild my life.
Struggle, oh, boy, did I STRUGGLED through the following years. Then, as if a switch was flipped, I woke up and realized I had to make major changes in my life and a DREAM was born.
I moved once and then I moved again this time across the country to make my dreams come true. I was alone, I knew no one and it was hard. Guess what?
I did it anyway!
I made my dreams come true, and I was happy while doing so. I was happy because I KNEW that I doing what was best for me and my life. I knew that I could take my child across the country, and give her the life that she deserves.
I was doing it alone, but I was doing it.
The way that you look at ANY situation or challenge you are given, can greatly impact how the situation plays out for you.
It's a mindset thing.
If you take it for what it is, if you just see one side and only look at the NEGATIVITY, then the situation will have a negative IMPACT on your life.
However, if you embrace it for all of the JOY and HAPPINESS that it has to offer, you will be amazed at how you will feel inside.
No matter who you are, or what you do, you have something to offer the world around you. Use what you were given and make the world a better place, and you'll see the results. Know in your mind that you have something to offer the world, embrace it, and chase your dream.
You only get ONE SHOT at this life, so make it count. Chase your dreams and live happy!
