These are only a few of the challenges of diversity in the workplace that are bound to confront businesses for years to come. These are not totally threatening if dealt with right understanding and a positive attitude. Diversity comes with a risk but the promise of a great return makes it well worth the effort.
Remember how the world commerce has improved by leaps and bounds because of diversity. Economies prospered and businesses have become more competitive. The challenges of diversity in the workplace will be more extensive as the world becomes more and more dynamic. However, rising above them is the mark of a great business.
