I'm going to be brutally truthful with you in this article. You might not like exactly what you're about to read, but if you are going to achieve success in this business, you need to recognize this...

You can't convince anyone to purchase your products or sign up with your opportunity. The majority of people you talk to are going to say no and there is absolutely nothing you will be able to do or say to change their minds.

Not only that, but there is absolutely nothing that anyone can do or say to change their minds. One of the truths of MLM recruiting is that some individuals are open to a great opportunity, but most people just aren't.

There is no miracle script that will make every person say yes. There is no wonder product that will 'sell itself' and everybody will want to purchase.

So that's the bad news about Network Marketing recruiting.

Now here's the good news - and this is going to call for a change in how you think about and approach this business...

The good news is that achieving success in MLM doesn't depend upon having the ability to persuade people to buy or sign up. Your main job isn't to try to convince people to join when they don't want to.

The trick to MLM recruiting is to FIND the people who are ready to join and present your opportunity to them.

This means that you will need to speak to a LOT of people. You may have to talk to 10 or 20 people just to find one person to sign up. That is why it's so crucial to develop skills that will help you meet brand-new individuals both online and offline. Lead generation is possibly the single most important skill for a Network Marketer to have.

This is why they say 'Amateurs convince, professionals sort'. Simply put, novices in this business will spend a great deal of time trying to persuade just a few people to join. Top earners, on the other hand, will present to as many individuals as possible (hundreds or even thousands of people) and invest the majority of their time with the few that are ready and willing to sign up.

Network Marketing Recruiting - What NOT to do...

Now, this does not imply that you should just spam Facebook with your opportunity to get to as many people as possible. MLM is still a relationship business. People buy from and sign up with others they like, know, and trust.

It doesn't matter how how 'ground level' your opportunity is, it doesn't matter just how great your products and/or service are, and it doesn't matter how terrific your comp plan is or how outstanding your upline is.

If they don't know, like, and trust you, it doesn't matter. Nobody will join. That's why just spamming your opportunity to the whole world never works.

Network Marketing Recruiting - What to do Next

So if you've run out of people to talk with and you're now struggling to get leads for your business, then you are going to need to learn some new skills.

Cold market prospecting and online marketing will be the most beneficial skills you can learn as a Network Marketer.

Yes, it will be difficult and it will take some time to learn and perfect those abilities, but if you intend to make 6 figures in Home Business, then you're going to have to learn skills that are worth 6 figures. It won't be very easy, but it will be worth it!
