1. Front Squat
The front squat exercise focuses on the lower part of your body. Step on the band with your feet apart. Hold the handle with each of your hand and slowly rise to stand. Keep both ends of the band on your shoulder for at least 10 seconds and go back to the squat position. Sit with your chest up and abs firm. Make sure that your knees are not pressed together. 2. Leg Extension

Grab both ends of the band, then slightly extend the band until your hands are at the sides of your head. Make sure that both of your arms are extended. Hold that position for about 5 seconds. 4. Push-Up
Push-up with the band improves and strengthens your chest. Push-up is a basic exercise that moves into a new level with the use of Bonnyfit exercise bands. Go in plank position and drape the band across the upper part of your back. Tie each end of the band around thumbs. Do the push-up, stretching the band with your upper back. Do this exercise for about 20 times.
5. Overhead Press
The overhead press targets the shoulders. Stand at the center of the band with your feet at least a shoulder-width apart. Hold each end of the band and raise your hands to your shoulder, with your palms facing one another and your thumbs touching your shoulders. Slowly turn your palms as you extend your arms to their full extent. Stay on that position for at least 10 seconds and slowly go back to your original position. Repeat this exercise for about 10 times.
