I don't know if you are like me, but as a newbie social marketer I felt like throwing a party if I got 1 or 2 leads in a day!

Then I found out it doesn't matter if you get even 1,000 leads a day if those leads don't care a hill of beans about you or your product or service! A sad lesson, that!

When you think about it, it's really not all that difficult to get a list of e-mails. Names and numbers are available for purchase on just about every virtual street corner!

When somebody actually reaches out to you concerning your product or business opportunity, you can bet they are very motivated! That's what I call Qualifed!

Have you ever been tempted to purchase leads from a leads company? They will do their best to persuade you their leads are qualified.

But you might want to ask, "qualified by whom?" And how long ago were these leads qualified?

Hmmmm?

Chances are their definition of "qualified" will be very different from yours and mine!

Bottom line: Generate your own qualified leads, to be certain they are not recycled, rancid or irrelevant.

By generating your own leads you will have a responsive list of people you have recently begun a relationship with.
