out of your head and forget your problems and such but can also contribute to your growth as a person. It also helps if

On the third part of your day, you must learn more about your condition. Become well-informed with your disorder so you
would know how to treat an deal with situations when you start to panic. Write your learnings in your "agoraphobia"
notebook. This must be separate from any other notebook so that you will easily know what to do when the attack comes. You
