Forget the weight loss motivation for one second and take a good stand for your health. Be proud. Are you eating more fruits and vegetables a day than you ever did during the past seventeen years you were alive? That�s great! You�re walking fifteen minutes more today than you did yesterday? Well, how does that make you feel?
