Sometimes you�re not actually hungry, you�re just thirsty.
Eat breakfast.
It�s an age-old saying that we�ve been hearing since we were kids and ignoring since we were old enough to prepare our own meals. It�s also true. Eating breakfast activates your metabolism for the day. When you eat breakfast tells your body �Hey, start using up my carbs and fats, I need the energy. Not to worry, I�m eating now so that you�ll still have fuel later�. Not eating when first wake up will tell your body to reserve your fats for the first few activities of your day.
Eat more complex carbs.
Your waist and your colon will be very grateful. Complex carbs are more difficult for your body to break down so the energy is released slowly. You know how candy and softdrinks give you a sugar rush? That�s because it is easily broken down so the energy is released at a much quicker rate and you crash eventually. Not only are complex carbs like wheat, oats and starchy vegetables give you more energy, when it passes through your colon to become feces, it drags with it fats, oils and other things that clog up your digestive system.

Work out (even just a little)
20-30 minutes of exercise every day can help burn a lot of that unwanted fat. Many trainers recommend HIIT or high intensity interval training, which combines difficult exercises with intervals of simpler ones in a short amount of time. A lot of people swear by it when it comes to losing weight quickly. Exercising every day will amplify the effects of all the other weight loss tips.
Lift weights
Cardio may help you lose weight faster but lifting weights will keep that weight off. Lifting weights will increase your muscle tone keep your metabolism high. Getting that sculpted body is a pretty good benefit too, don�t you think?
Take your time chewing
It may take some time for your brain to realize that you�re full so what�s the rush? Give it time to register that you are already eating. Enjoy that tuna sandwich. Chewing more slowly also breaks down your food making the work easier for your stomach once you�ve swallowed.
Give yourself a break now and then|
Take it from the experts; taking a break occasionally is one of the crucial of the weight loss tips. Whether it giving in to burgers and ice cream or missing your scheduled exercise, take a breather, it�s okay. We all make mistakes and some of those mistakes are worth more because of the lessons you learn from it. No one is perfect.
