Declutter

Get rid of all the stuff that simply doesn't belong there. All type of clothes, books, magazines and thing you so rarely use, should be positioned properly somewhere else. What should be left in this room are the furniture and all sort of little pieces of decoration that make the room cosier and cuter.

Tidy

Now you ought to clean really, really well. Wash the windows, get rid of the dust from absolutely every single area-- the light buttons and the skirting boards also. Wash the curtains and wipe out every stain from the carpet. Polish the floor if it is hard wood or bamboo one. Vacuum-clean at the end and remember to get rid of all the cobwebs from every corner, because an annoying spider could make a not so good first impression. Finalize with a microfiber cloth and add some candles, which you may light right before the arrival of the visitors and the room will be magical.

Change the bed sheets

The good sleep is among those things that matter indeed. So you shall undoubtedly change the sheets and make the bed nicely adding some cushions and pillows and a blanket, because thus it will become the total heaven we all dream of.
