Avoid drinking coffee, soda, and energy drinks to limit your caffeine intake and thus prevent harming your baby.
Too Much Stress
Stress can have a lot of bad effects on the body. Stress causes anxiety and negative emotions to arise especially among women who are considering abortion. If left unchecked, these negative emotions can cause depression and hormonal imbalances.
