4 Ways to Re-train Your Brain for Huge Progress

1. Turn your unfavorable mantra into a favorable one

If the voice inside your head is saying, "Skipping one day will not harm," alter it to "Everyday counts," or "every exercise counts." 2. Try the 10-minute Rule
If you're feeling specifically tired or unmotivated, inform yourself you don't need to complete a full 45-minute exercise today. Simply do 10 minutes. By the time you struck the 8-minute mark you'll forget about your excuses and the endorphins will kick in to take you even more than your preliminary 10 minute objective.
3. Visualize your actions
Walk through each stage of your workout or preparing a well balanced meal.
