Instagram its really more then just cute little pictures of snapshots of peoples daily lives.

What if I could show you some simple tricks that 99 percent of the marketers are failing to do with new accounts.

Really important : YOUR BIO

A lot of marketers are doing this all wrong, guys & gals do you see the marketers out there that are killing it COPY ( not exactly ) want they are doing�

You should get the emoji app (android users) Put some emoji�s they have bullet points and things stand out more�( thoes cute little pictures)

Don�t want to use the emoji because you are too cool that�s o.k you be cool while I will be getting followers� ;)

The three dots

O.k now we have your bio short and sweet now go to the three dots in the upper right hand corner this is going to take you to the setting and you can edit your profile and get access to your settings.

How to Edit the Profile

You can put your link in your profile this should be something that you are promoting. You will see Instagram marketers saying things like � Click The Link in the Bio � and your name should be something that can be easily remembered�

Don�t get all crazy with the name

People will put dashes, underscores and dots ( don�t do that ) never name it your network marketing company�s name or your products name� YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BRAND YOU� especially in the home business industry and YES that is fine if you are a brick and motor business then you can have a business name account, by all means.

Make sure you have a offer in there�

It is up to you to set up your Facebook account ( I recommend it )

Push notification is something that you will mess with when you have a bigger account and turn off your notification and your phone is not blowing up�

It is the constant buzzing and dinging that you have new posts, friends and, comments.

this will cause your battery to drain fast.

TURN ALL NOTIFICATIONS OFF

Yea I said it...

( personally you don�t need to be that tethered to your phone ) There is nothing earth shattering that you need to have your phone going off 24 hrs and day so turn off notifications.

These are little time bandits and they actually keep you from getting stuff done.

My Instagram is set up to post to my Facebook and my Twitter account all at the same time! How cool is that! But be careful how you post and be mindful.

So if you want to link up your fan page on a i phone simply go to settings then choose the FB page you want

On an android you would go to Facebook.com/pages/instagram and connect it.

Create 6 posts if you just started�

Creating Content is key

Not just any content but quality content is really easy to come up� especially with the methods that I will be sharing.

There are things that getting likes on Instagram that doesn�t necessary do well on

Use a collage app if you are going to upload multiple pics and also Vid Stitch that has a collage and a videos together

Contents are good to do� and a fast way�

YOUR BLOG POST do a screen shot� and then upload that. If you are posting 2-5 times a day you are golden, do not post more then 5 times a day.

Do not upload one photo after another that is what the collage is for�

Don�t forget the Watermark

Unfortunately people will simply just take your image and use it. Place your watermark a third of the way down and protect your image

Watermark your photos� Don�t be cutting out peoples names

Have someone on Fiver for $5 bucks and create a image�

Now your Ready to Share on Instagram� Not Yet�

You got a ton of filters� I don�t really use the filter unless I am taking pictures of myself

Put a line with the quotes you post� Think of possibly engaging the person that you are trying to reach�

I have seen people put in the following which generates likes and shares of course use at your own discretion. �Tap and tag a friend� that you think is a _____ too."

You want to fill in the blank with some positive word like is a positive person, a champion or the like

You need to use the language of the social media platform and understand what it means.. ( Language on Instagram )

Tap means � Like � basically

You can put a heart image next to the word tap� and a tag image that you think is a ________ too

If you want spaces on Instagram put a dash� because Instagram has a tendency to cram the words up and not put the spaces in.

How To Tap and Tag

If you got a friend go and tag a friend� ( don�t be tagging random people ) or you will have a bunch of pissed off people. Now you will see the location� This is unused real esatate ( NAME THIS LOCATION ) What you do is you create a custom location by adding one.

Put a emoji in there and put a 1 liner in and another emoji and now you have used a previously unused piece of real estate Once You Create The Photo That is half the battle in the next blog post I will go over some great tips on how to get followers
