This needs to be thoroughly scrutinized before signing up. You need to know how much of every dollar will be paid back as a distributor on a monthly basis. More importantly, you also need to check on the distribution system among the new and old affiliates.
Another important aspect is the integrity of the top management. Have they been working for a long time in the company, and how are they viewed by the other subordinates? These statements are important because you can use them to assess whether the management's goals are in line with your own.
A more notable aspect is the MLM lead system mentorship. Sometimes, the people who succeed in MLM are the ones who are trained by the best mentors. Training is important because despite the steadfastness of the company, the products may have been good, but if you're just left alone to do all the duties without any training, it might be hard for you.
To be able to succeed in the MLM lead system, you need to practice what the mentors teach. You just have to listen thoroughly to their stories and experiences. Your success is their success as well, so it's a mutual benefit if you both find the most fitting way of making the business work.
