On the other hand, smoking has a lot more harmful effects for your body. It may keep you warm on a cold night or help you de-stress when you feel tired, but its negative effects are deadly. Watching TV or DVDs on free time. When you watch something, you just sit for approximately 2-3 hours without doing anything apart from breathing, blinking your eyes, and sometimes eating. What actually happens in your body is that the calories you take in are more than the calories you burn which leads to obesity. Plus you even strain your eyes because of too much radiation. What if your 3 hours are spent doing bodybuilding exercises or making use of any exercise equipment for home? Think about it.
