Orange juice and Boiled Veggies. Lose weight by eating more vegetables for breakfast. Vegetables do not just contain heaping amounts of vitamins and minerals, but they also contain high amounts of fiber. Pair veggies up with a glass of fresh orange juice to jumpstart your beautiful day.
