The first step in making round ice is to take the free funnel flask and insert it into the mold opening. Second, fill the molds with water up to the water fill mark. Third, place the IST molds in the freezer and let it harden. It should be ready in seven hours. Lastly, twist each of the mold to open and push up on the soft bottom. The ice balls are done. The molds are indestructible that even with repeated freezing and thawing, they will retain their durable constitution. This is the result of years of testing by Ice Sphere Tech.
Despite the silicone material and a soft structure, the ice ball molds are tear-proof. They can also withstand heat from -40 to 200 degree Celsius without losing their form and elasticity. The silicone material is responsible for the anti-leak system of the mold. When the top and bottom half meet, their silicone edges stick together to create an effective water seal at the center.
