What is it that you really want to attract into your life? Have you ever truly taken the time to think about it? What comes to mind for you? Is it having the perfect partner, your dream home or a luxury car?
There is a universal principle called "the Law of Attraction" that you can use to attract whatever it is you really desire. Like gravity, it is a force that is constantly operating all of the time. It works whether in the positive or the negative. And you can use it at your will to make things happen for yourself.
Ever wondered why some seem to have it all while other people never seem to have anything good? The difference, in their manifestations, has nothing to do with luck or coincidence. The disparity between the "haves" and the "have nots" is the way they are feeling about whatever they are attracting.
How the Law of Attraction Works
The Law of Attraction responds to your strongest thoughts, feelings and emotions. Your thoughts are a form of energy. So are your feelings and emotions. Each of your dominant thoughts influence the way you feel about a particular thing.
Think of these as your "internal map." Together the elements of your internal map, create a magnetic pull towards whatever you are focusing them on. You can willfully use your internal map to shape the world around you.
The Law of Attraction: How to Intentionally Use Your Internal Map
Now that you know what the Law of Attraction is you can use it at will to attract what you want. Follow these simple steps to get started:
1. Make a list of the ten things you would most like to attract into your life. Don't worry, you can always add more later. We'll start off with a short list to make things easier. By focusing your energy on the ten things you want most versus the dozens of things you would like to have, you will cause your manifestation power to become stronger. This can help you to attract your desires quicker.
2. Order your whole list in order of most important to you. Put your most important want at the top of your list as number one. Think about how you will feel having each of the things you listed. Then you will know you have your list arranged just right.
3. Next you must reprogram your subconscious thoughts, feelings and emotions to allow you to attract each of the things you wrote. The most effective way to do this is when you are fully relaxed (when you wake up in the morning and when you go to sleep at night.)
Start at the bottom of your list (at your ten most desired thing). As you do this, you will build excitement on the way to the number one thing that you wrote. Read your number ten want to yourself.
Intentionally activate the Law of Attraction by imagining exactly how you will feel having it. What will you see in your life when you have it? Who will be in your life to share that experience with you? How will you feel (happy, relieved, elated, blissful, excited)? Go ahead and feel that feeling now. Feel it fully. Allow that feeling to flow throughout your whole body. Keep that feeling flowing.
4. Read your number 9, then 8, then 7 (all the way down to your number 1 want) and go through the same process with each...
Imagine how you will feel having what you want. What will you see in your life when you have it? Who will be in your life to share that experience with you? How will you feel (happy, relieved, elated, blissful, excited)? Go ahead and feel that feeling now. Feel it fully. Allow that feeling to flow throughout your whole body. Keep that feeling flowing.
5. By now you may feel like you are floating and feeling amazing. Repeat this process at least twice a day. Go for doing it every day. And expect to start seeing the results of what you want showing up in your life.
Pay attention to what is happening around you. You have the power to get what you want. If you do not like what you are attracting, then go ahead and reprogram yourself. Then use the Law of Attraction to get you back on track to what you desire.
Ideally, aim to set aside 10-15 minutes, twice a day to practice intentionally using the Law of Attraction. As your subconscious internal map begins to match your conscious desires, you will find that you are finally getting the things you want. It takes a bit of time and practice so be patient with yourself.
