Today most of us learn leadership lessons, both good and bad, from the actions of celebrities. All to often those celebrities, politicians, entertainment personalities and sports figures provide us with the opposite of the kinds of leadership examples that will take us toward more successful and productive lives.

I believe we 'd all be better off if we followed the lead of positive role models and leaders while perhaps pointing out the unfortunate behaviors of others, like Justin Bieber, as actions unlikely to take us in he direction of success we hope for.

The parents continue to do all they can to support their son with his musical career. In addition to enjoying music, he also enjoys a variety of sports. They include baseball, football, and soccer.

This young heartthrob has also made a splash when it comes to fashion. They have had an on again, off again relationship and it seems that they aren't together at this point in time.

He also promotes anti-abortion due to the fact that so many people tried to get his own mother to have an abortion when she was pregnant with him. He has also been involved in PETA projects.

Recently, it seems like there are some cracks in the Justin Bieber persona that he wishes to have all believe. He has had a few blowups with the media including pushing one guy and in another incident flipping off the camera. He has also had some issues with bad reviews of concerts due to being ill on stage and even coming on stage a few hours late. It may be time for him to slow and take a break down so that he doesn't peak before his time.

Today there is an element of leadership in every aspect of our lives and our businesses. As a successful person your leadership strategy often depends on the social cues you receive. That how choose the leadership lessons learned and those to avoid at all costs.
