Include A Call To Action Within Your Video Or Blog Post For Top Results

People who blog with text, or with video, as network marketing help, will often make the same mistake. They leave out the most essential part of the post – the call to action. Take some of the following suggestions so that you get more sales, sign ups and subscribers.

A good call to action is highly specific, and very relevant to your particular readers. It is a request that the viewer take a specific action, such as viewing a video, going to your squeeze page, or signing up for your newsletter. You must perfect the art of creating a good call to action in order to generate more leads for your business.

You can use anchor text for your call to action so that the viewer can accomplish what you want with just a click. The entire phrase would be a hyperlink.

Many of us make videos about internet marketing success tips. In a video, your call to action must be verbal AND ALSO in text that appears in the video. That way your video is branded and no one can take it and post it as their own. So while you are saying, "you can view a video about ___ at ___.com" the URL would appear on the screen.

There are several ways to get your call to action into your videos. YouTube has tools to add text to your video. Once you have uploaded your video into your YouTube channel, you can use the "enhancements" feature to add an "annotation" to your video.

Many editing programs will also enable you to add text. Before YouTube added the annotations feature, I used an editing program called, Power Director, to add the URL I wanted viewers to come to. It was a bit fancier than the YouTube annotation, but they both did the same thing.

Or you can create an ending title card with your call to action on it. Let it be the last thing your viewer sees and leave it on the screen at least 7 seconds. I used PowerPoint to create this one, but you can do the same thing with many free graphics programs.

It would be nice if everyone stopped to comment, and give a Like, or share your information. Most won't, but some will if you just ask. This all just boils down to human nature. If you don't ask for what you want, you won't get it. Your viewer will be off to the next blog or video and never think about you again.

I have mentioned several tools that will help create a call to action, so give it a try. Everything works better when you have the right tools.
