"I hate my job." This may be the usual line that every employee utters. The idea of spending the entire day cooped up in an office, trying to get through a mountain load of work and then receiving a meager pay is what most employees go through everyday.

This is not surprising considering how the companies treat their employees. To maximize their profit, overworking and underpaying is their working scheme. This usually results into high turnover rates in the company. However, despite knowing that they are underpaying and overworking their employees and that their employees keep on leaving and resigning, they still don't change their work ethics. This is because they are confident that there are thousands out there who are looking for a job and that every year, that number increases making these employees expendable.

Though this might be abhorrent to others, there is nothing anyone can really do about it since it's a reality. Most people only hope to survive through the hell they call a job and go home just to be able to pay their monthly rates. But there is a solution to that. This is to try doing work from home.

Working from home, sometimes even doing freelance work is the most convenient money making job anywhere. It gives you the ease of working at a comfortable environment within the confines of your own home and also the flexibility of doing more than just one job in nine hours and earning more than what you receive. It is so convenient that more and more people are slowly leaving their jobs and starting to work from home.

There are several ways to work from home. First, would be doing freelance work for another company. This is especially common among writers and graphic designers. There are sites online where one can receive job orders from employers all over the country and work from home and just submit the written content or the design made online through email. It's also very convenient and allows one to be able to accept more than just one job and therefore one can earn more than what they earn designing or writing from one company.

Another way to make money would be through using their social media accounts. There are multiple business and employers that hire freelancers to post statuses or recruit people online through Facebook or Twitter. This would require them to recruit or connect with various people to be part of their company and they would earn every time they get someone to join their group.

With the rise of social media and the exodus of people into cyberspace, it has shifted the working world to take on a new medium: working from home.
