Flexibility is the capability to move joints and muscles from full flexion to full extension.

-Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking tobacco

According to fitness experts, heart problems can occur if you drink alcohol, smoke tobacco, or consume certain drugs for a long time. If your heart has endured too much damage, it will not be able to provide enough oxygen that your muscles need to achieve fitness. Athletes who smoke will not be able to heal their sports injuries faster because smoking affects the body's ability to produce collagen, which is essential for repairing damaged muscles.

Fitness experts claim that if you cannot stop drinking alcohol, then you should drink no more than 21 units of alcohol per week and no more than 4 units of alcohol a day if you are a man. Fitness experts say that fruit drinks, energy drinks, and sodas can take a long time to let your body absorb their water. That is because they are sweetened with sugars. If you want to achieve fitness without gaining weight, avoid these drinks because of their calories. Water does not contain calories, which is why it can help your heart circulate oxygenated blood in your body.

Now that you know how to achieve fitness, you can share this information with your friends and family. Remember to set a goal first for yourself before using these 3 tips.
