Occasionally it appears like no matter what marketing technique you try to market and get your business going, you can not seem to actually get in touch with your audience and make a sale.
Perhaps you've been working to develop a business for some time now.

Perhaps there is something that you feel you were put on this earth to do, a real calling that you want to concentrate on ...
But for some reason, no matter what marketing method you attempt, no matter the number of people you speak to, no matter what you say, you simply can't appear to make a real connection with your audience so that they make the choice to act and purchase from you.
So what the hell is going on right here? Exactly what should alter in your marketing technique?
The real issue is that you might be speaking with either not a concentrated enough of an audience, or you're trying to talk with an audience that you truly have absolutely nothing in common with.
I've tried this marketing strategy prior to, and it drew.
As a massage therapist and former U.S. Army soldier, I tried at one point to cold call realtors to obtain them to enjoy a presentation and join business I was in at the time. I would rather consume a gallon of paint thinner than do that once more.

One time I had a coach by the name of Tony Rush tell me "You do not attract who you desire; you attract who you are.".
This message was initially stated from a personal development standpoint (definition if you are a negative individual, you'll bring in negative people, and so on).
However, this message can really be read in yet another way: we also attract individuals who also speak our language (so to speak) and enjoy exactly what WE 'RE into also: our hobbies, our passions, similar past experiences, and so on.
So now the genuine question that you really have to ask when finding your target market is this:.
Who Are You?
There are over 7 billion individuals in this world. As distinct as we all are, possibilities are if you have something you like, then opportunities exist are more than enough individuals you can speak to who enjoy the exact same things.
So if you wish to discover who your real target market is, start with asking about who you are and what defines you.
Consider every meaning YOU have about yourself that can apply to other people. Jot down 20-50 meanings you have about yourself (BE SPECIFIC!).
For example:.
Where you're from.
Exactly what you do with your time.
Jobs you had in the past (and/or have now).
Dreams you had in the past that you gave up on.
Things that you work towards.
Things that you do in your extra time.
What you have been trained to do.
What you struggled with previously.
Anything that makes you say "I am X" or "I do Y with my time".
Know Thyself, Know Thy Audience.
