But you have to be careful not to spam these social media sites as this might get you banned or blocked from these groups. So naturally in order to earn from networkingyou would have to find new recruits, as well people who would buy and patronize the products you sell. But since we all want to hit two birds with one stone, you could actually find new recruits by recruiting those people who already buy and patronize your products .

In fact, these people would be relatively easier to recruit since they already believe in your company's products and they themselves already know how effective or useful your products are. As such, you would not have a hard time urging them to join your company since they already know what could happen to them should decide to become your recruit.

This next time might sound a little bit wobbly, but giving out free samples of your marketing company's products would not only gain you customers but as well as prospective recruits. In order for you to do this you could opt to give out free samples along with your business card and your contact details. This might be a little bit risky, but who knows if those people are actually interested in your business. Again, you would be hitting two birds with one stone by using this method since you would be able to gain both customers and new recruits.

The last thing that you could do in order to gain new recruits would be to post photos that would prove your success with your company via the Internet. You could opt to post it on your blog or on your social media accounts. Remember that the most effective way of attracting people to join your company is providing hard evidence of your own success, since this would get rid of their uncertainties with regards to your company and would even make them think that they could soon become like you if the decide to join your company.

This could especially work with close friends or relatives, since they have complete faith in you and they would have no doubts if these would come from someone they truly know and not just from some random person they would meet on the street.
