You re not going to believe what I did to this network company

Why do eighty percent of those who join a network marketing company end up discouraged and eventually quit the business. No wondered the industry has a negative imagine with that failed rate. True be said it does not have to be that way.
Most mlm or network marketing companies teach us to go out and recruit as many people as possible, knowing that 20 percent of those will become successful and 1 percent of those will become super rich. This industry has made more millionaires than any other industry as well as it has literally upgraded the lives of millions of family in its relatively short history.
How can an industry that has blessed so many throughout the years be so disliked by so many more? I believe I can answer that question and if I am right anyone reading this blog would do themselves a favor to join a great network marketing company and apply what I am about to teach you and become successful.
I recently joined a network marketing company and became successful overnight, but those whom I sponsored were not as fortune and that bothered me very much. So much so that I stop recruiting until I could figure it out. The answer was quite simply. With one simple adjustment most who join's a network marketing company can very successful.
My immediate up line is one of my waiters who in a short period of time has become somewhat successful, but with the same results as I did. Most of those who have joined underneath him are not having the same results. He has 19 directly underneath himself, me being one, another 350 under us, but still he has been trained the same way everyone else in the industry. The reason this does not work to the advantage of most of the 19 and most of the 350 is that we are all building separately instead of down ward.
If instead of each of us separately building sides ways, Roberto my waiter could of stack his directs one underneath each other and taught us to do the same with our 350 distributors; the results would have been very different for the most of those who joined our company. The reasons are many, here are just a few. If we build downward everyone starts making money right away and in business if you make money in the first few weeks and months more people stay in business and not quit. The fact that we were all spread horizontally, many people who wanted to be in business but did not have the training became discourage and quit.
Now you may be wondering if this is a pyramid, the difference between a legal pyramid and a illegal one is that in a legal pyramid there is an exchange of service and products and in an illegal pyramid there is only an exchange of money. That is why in the network marketing industry before you can get paid every month you need to have bought something, an auto ship of some kind. Now everyone has a chance to developed their business and get paid. The only difference is that building down fuels growth for all. If my up line Roberto would have built down, today all of us would have been further along and the team would have had greater momentum and most would be earning residual income.
Did you know that a monthly income of 2,500 dollars is equivalent to the interest produced by 1.5 million dollars deposited in the bank assuming 2% interest rate? What can you do to be able to make an extra income that would allow you to generate a comfortable living or retirement without having millions in the bank? Network marketing is the answer.
