On August 23, 2013 Casio has released the 18x optical zoom camera "EX-ZR800" with 5 axis 5 stage image stabilizer as the new line up of the High Speed Exilim which is popular digital camera attracting a lot of attention for its quick response.

Casio has been pursuing the potentiality of the compact digital camera along with a goal to reach for a camera capable of taking a beautiful picture whenever a moment wants to take. The EX-ZR800 is provided with the enhanced electronic image stabilizer to make the primary cause of camera shake being next to zero as a goal. Also, it realizes the 5 stage image stabilizer including the optical camera shake correction (2 levels) and the consecutive image composition (maximum of 9). In this way, it can take very clear picture during the night time and while zooming the object.

Shooting functionality is also enhanced in addition to the image stabilization. It is now equipped with a new "Time Lapse" function that can compress long changes such as the slow flowing of clouds , cars and people that comes and goes in the streets etc. in a short period of time for you to enjoy it later. Furthermore, the new "Twinkle Shot" effect has been added for uniquely taken art-shot photos and videos, and we made it easy and fun to take photos without the need of changing lenses or changing settings.

In the process, it is equipped with similarly the new system "EXILIM engine HS Ver.3" that was also adopted in other latest series. In addition to the high-speed imaging response, high quality graphic user interface enables intuitive operation with easy-to-see display.

Other than that, "Triplet Shot" which combines response at high speed and continuous shooting at high speed as well as "Mini-Review display" that can exhibit and confirm the picture taken at part of the crystal liquid screen when taking a picture are set. it is applicable to "AF Continuous Shooting", "All Focus Macro", "Background Blurring", "Premium Auto PRO", and "HS Night Shot", etc.

The monitor is fine 3.0-inch with 920,000 pixels. Color are white, black and red.
