How much are you networking in your company? It really doesn't matter which one you're in, the concept is the same.
The idea is to get as many people under you, selling as much of the product that you need to sell, so that you can receive a profit. Those people then go out and recruit for themselves, to get people under them. You then get a piece of those sells as well.
Pretty easy, right?
Networking isn't hard to do, we do it all the time, on facebook, twitter, or any other social sites. It's not even hard to get someone to buy something from you, especially if you have something that they want.
Lets say that you're with an awesome company, one that gives you 25%-100% commissions. I'm actually with one that pays 100%.
Maybe the coaching that they give you is also great. You're knowledgeable about the products, the industry, and you're ready to go. Your goal is one thousand people, to position yourself where you want to be.
You start getting the people, the numbers start rising and within a year, you're where you want to be. It's great, the money is there, the people are there.
All of a sudden things start to change. The people start leaving and the money starts dropping. What's happening?
What's wrong with your networking strategy?
It all boils down to, no one wants to be where they feel that they are not wanted or appreciated.
It doesn't matter if you're in the network marketing business or any other business.
You can be a networking genius, but if you don't continue to connect with your people, you will see them leave and your profits drop.
Your downline doesn't want to be seen as just a number, they want to be seen as your team member. They want to know that you value what they are contributing, which are their sells.

We must remember this when networking.
Create a team within your networking company, so that people feel like they are part of something, other than the big company itself. Others do well, even if the company isn't the best, if they feel like they have a team to rely on.
Keep in contact with them through emails, webinars, conference calls. Don't just contact them when you're trying to upgrade them.
Always try to help them get to the next level and care about them.
Networking can be very profitable, but you must take care of your people, when they get in with you, or else it won't be profitable for long.
