So what kind of exercise program are you looking for and how do you decide what type of program should you pick? Let's break it down into three factors: Time, current fitness level, and type of exercise program. If you use these factors, it will help you determine what is available; then you can pick from the fitness systems offered to find something that is right for you at this time.
The Time Factor
What if you are one of those super busy people and you are just too busy for exercise. If you ARE that important of a person, then you do need exercise if you don't want stress to kill you at an early age. Now I want you to honestly think about how you can reprioritize the time in your life so you can get 10 to 30 minutes of exercise a day.
Your Current Fitness Level
When it comes to this decision, you have to throw your ego out the door. If you listen to your ego, you might go for something way to challenging, get discouraged, and then you are in the same spot you began with; and now you are too scared to try again. Picking the right fitness system to begin with is cructial.
Type of Exercise Program
What are you into? What type of fitness system do you think you would like? Do you enjoy dancing? Do you enjoy cardio or running? Perhaps pumping iron is what floats your boat.
