Man alive, this is one heck of a workout! Hats off to the actors who did this on the DVD. To do this workout you need good balance, a strong chest and triceps muscles, and you truly require perseverance and determination to find out the exercises.

Unlike the P90X Chest & Back push-ups that just utilize push-up stands, with this workout you're doing practically all chest (push-up) exercises on either a stability ball or on a medicine ball(s). The impossible/possible push-ups were impossible for me at initially, and I needed to get my wife to help hold the stability ball still. I admit I will require a lot of practice for a variety of these exercises.

The pull-ups in Chest + Back + Balance are nothing like you've ever seen. Not just typical pull-ups, you're utilizing your core, you're altering angles, and you're altering grips.

If you have the P90X One on One: Chest, Back and Balls exercise, the exercises in this workout will recognize. If you do not have the P90X One on One, there is a lot of balance and core stability required, and you actually must modify when you begin out.

Round 2:.
1. Vaulter Pull-Up (Switch Grip Every 2 Reps).
2. Elevated Stability Ball Push-Up - This is simpler than the Impossible/Possible, however a challenge none the less. Get into plank on the stability ball and thoroughly get your feet up on to a chair.
3. In & Out (1 Rep Wide Grip, 1 Rep Narrow Grip).
