If you've ever heard the expression, birds of a feather flock together, you have a piece of the puzzle... because it's true.

And it has nothing to do with capability.

Most people are poor because they decide to be.

This is not a conscious decision....

they've just learned it.

If you're anything like me, you grew up hearing your parents talk about money.. and not in a nice way.

I remember countless times, hearing my parents sitting at the kitchen table saying that "we don't have money for that".

You may also have heard "money isn't everything" and "the rich are greedy"

If you've heard these things.. remember that your parents probably love/loved you and in most cases wanted the best for you. (mine sure did/do!)

This is just something that society has become accustom to at certain levels.

How can a person want to know how to be rich and at some level resent the rich?

It just doesn't work...

You see, your subconscious mind wants you to be consistent with your vision of yourself...

if you believe that you're a nice person, so does your subconscious mind....

so when you want to know more about how to be rich and have have regularly expressed resentful thought toward the rich....

or regularly said "i can't afford it" or "money doesn't grow on trees", you've shot yourself right in the toe. (i thought I would mix it up :) )

The good news is that there is a relatively simple fix for this.

replace those statements of "not having" with the following: "I have yet to reach a million dollars in income this year." lol

A true statement...

and it will place the 'million dollar' suggestion in your subconscious.

If you don't like this, change it up. But make sure your statement includes the vision of what you want.

e.g. if I want a million dollars in income this year, I would say what I stated above. By saying this I have to think about making a million dollars in a year and picture it to some degree. If I say "my bank account is empty", then that's all I would be able to picture.

How to Be Rich – Spend time with them!

I realize this may seem overly simplified but...

what if it was really that easy?

If birds of a feather flock together, then like attracts like.

and spending time with the wealthy will lead to you becoming wealthy.

The purpose of hanging out with rich people is has two parts:

1. Hanging out with them will allow you to learn what it is they do and recreate it.

2. Remember, our subconscious mind wants us to fit in... if all you're friends make $1,000,000 per year... you'll need to make that kind of money to feel like you fit in.

Now I could probably rant on about this for hours but will cut it here... for now
The "brass tacks" of the matter is that you need to be giving yourself positive influences to take go where you want to go.

Remember, success leaves clues!
