I began my fitness trip Memorial Day weekend of 2012. I decided to obtain up early and walk 15 minutes away from my home, turn around and return, and by August, I could run for thirty mins. In October I began Power90, and by January 2013, I was a brand-new thin, healthy man. And as soon as I made it there, I understood I could never ever go back to my old lifestyle. Before I completed Power90, I went on and ordered P90X, and before I finished P90X, I ordered P90X2. Now I am practically one month into P90X2, and I have decided to do Body Beast next.
