Trying to come up with new content everyday can be a difficult task. Hopefully you can find some inspiration in these 7 other ways to create blog content.

Have you ever run out of things to post on your blog? Having fresh content is essential for a blog's growth and popularity! Many established bloggers accept guest posts and even pay for articles in order to get fresh content on their blog every single day.

If you're a new blogger, accepting guest posts will be tough because many guest bloggers will rather post content on high PR sites. As for paying for content, not every new blogger can afford the budget.

Here are some ideas that will hopefully inspire you to come up with new blog posts quickly and easily.

1: Video
You can take a piece of previously written content and turn it into a video. In the video, you can concentrate on different aspects of the topic. For example, you may have blogged about making a healthy fruit juice mix and provided its recipe. Perhaps, this time round, take a video of the process and include additional tips.

Embed your new video in your new blog post, and refer your readers to the older post if they need further help.

Your readers will appreciate your additional efforts in trying to make things clear to them!

2: Quote
This is really a super fast way to create new blog content! Find a quote related to your blog's niche that you feel can be the "thought of the day". Instead of simply typing the quote or using the blockquote function in your text editor, make the quote into a cool graphic.

There're lots of tools around to help you achieve this.

3: Infographics
Infographics is an emerging content type. You can encourage your readers to share your infographic and linking the image back to your blog.

There're a lot of infographics tools around, but by far my favorite is Piktochart. Just do a google search on "Infographics tools" and you'll get tons of results.

Infographics are good for presenting new findings, statistics, graphs, flowcharts and so on. Depending on your niche, you may or may not find making infographics relevant.
4: "Instructographics".
Okay, there's no such term ... yet.

There're lots of graphics teaching people how to make and do stuffs on Pintrest. Examples include a step-by-step instruction on how to create a scrapbook and how to improve on SEO etc

"instructographic" of 600 x 3000px linked with your niche. This will create a long image so your readers can read your content by scrolling down the image.

The advantage of carrying this out is you can pin this graphic on Pintrest. This encourages interested readers to click through the graphic to land on your blog, where they can view it in full size! In other words, this method helps you get more new readers and fans!
5: Create an animation.
Animations capture people's attention. Take a story you've always wanted to tell and turn it into a short animation, or simply repurpose a previous blog post and give it a story.

I love to use Go! Animate. It's fun to use and you can use "text-to-speech" to make your characters speak.

6: Slides.
Powerpoint, Openoffice and Keynote.

Sometimes, you can present certain information through slides. Perhaps, if your blog is about marketing, you can create a presentation on "Marketing 101".

I recommend using Slideshare to share your slides, then embed it on your blog. This kills two birds with one stone ... First, you give value to your loyal blog readers. Second, you reach out to the large community using Slideshare and gain traffic to your blog!

Other similar services include docstoc and box.net. Try them out to see which is your favorite.
7: Quote news articles.
As an alternative to you creating content from scratch, check out news site or press release sites for latest content in your niche. What you can possibly do is to copy a few sentences and present them in blockquotes.

Then, share your reflections or thoughts on the news with your visitors.

It's courtesy to link the quote back to the original article. If you're concerned about losing link juice, use a rel="nofollow" attribute in your HTML tag. Do a quick search on HTML links tutorial to know more!
Final Tip:.
Read your competition's blog.

Keeping track of your competition is important for your blog's ranking and popularity. Your competitors can give you lots of ideas for your blog.
