No, it is not the Seven Dwarfs (Little People to be politically appropriate). The correct response is me. Want to understand why? It is because I am not exercising. WHAT ?! It has actually been my rest week in between completing P90X and beginning P90X2 on Sunday, April 28th.
Considering that last Sunday, I have actually been moody, cranky, had an overall absence of energy or enjoyment about anything. (not to state that I am typically a delighted, cheerful man, since I'm not. Simply ask my household). I had wonderful strategies to obtain up early each morning and go birding, however without my morning workout I have been absolutely unmotivated to do anything, and I have not been sleeping well. I have actually gone to bed much later and have actually tossed and turned all evening and felt sleepy throughout the day. To make matters worse, I got a Poison Ivy outbreak so my arm and side are burning all day, and I got an extremely small cold.
I had no concept how much strenuous exercise enhances my state of mind and the method I feel every day. I like the feeling of being physically wiped out and being sore, but I hate feeling so sluggish. I was speaking with my Coach the other day about the method I feel, and he told me that this is how most people feel all the time due to the fact that they do not exercise at all. Not surprising that I let myself get so fat, and that made me much more lethargic and depressed. It is a vicious cycle, only the perks of exercise can help.
Now I am a believer in the Benefits of Exercise!
Workout does make you feel healthier, more energetic, inspired, and makes you a much better person each day you do it. And yes, you will have to exercise five to 6 days a week for the rest of your life. Wait a min, my wonderful grandparents did not work out at all and they lived to be quite old.
The fountain of youth is motion, workout, yoga exercise and consuming meals that aren't made in the lab. If your excellent grandma looked at a tag and could not inform you what an ingredient was, do not consume it! Food ought to originate from the ground, not from a DOW Chemical plant.

It will take a couple more sessions with it before I can really get into the rhythm of it. There is an arm balance step that I have seen Tony do in the P90X2 video where the right knee is on the right elbow while the body is in a push up position and the back leg is off the ground and kicked out to the side. Now I have an additional objective, to enhance my hip versatility and get my hamstrings loosened up so I can do that pose.
