Highly-charged Mildura Old-time country rock Jubilee Tour

I have some good news and some sad news, and with this expressed I'll give you the sad news first.

For the first time in 3 years I'm not attending Tamworth Country Music Festival 2013, it's with great regret that I won't be attending Tamworth. I've rather chosen to stay true to my local area around Newcastle / Hunter Valley and get busy booking country-and-western shows on a regular manner.

On the other hand, this will be the introduction to getting prepared for hosting a tour with Northern Highlands Tours, down to the Mildura Country Music Festival which I've never been to and have been asked multiple times now if I was going to head down that way in 2013 ... And the answer is an unquestionable YES!

So What's In Store For The Mildura Country Music Festival Journey?

Effectively, it's going to be a 8 day and 7 nights excursion, and I'll be singing on a daily basis on the tour bus and at the place we stay at, and I'm beginning to check into venues down there in which I'll be visiting a number of shows at (or rather attempting to get a few performances, as it gets incredibly busy down there also at that time of year).

We'll even be having supper on the paddle boat on the waterway there one evening which will be a very peaceful and memorable time. I'll know more about where and when I'm singing once we nail down time periods with Northern Highland Travel, who we also did the Xmas 2012 party spanning 3 days for and it went off a treat, I thoroughly took pleasure in it.

The Mildura country music festival belongs to the big country music fairs that run everywhere in Australia, along with it and Tamworth country music concerts being a few of the biggest in the area, both with an essence all of their own. From what I've been advised the Mildura festival is a to some extent more traditional country music location, which sits fantastically well with me as I LOVE wholesome country music in all it's styles.

I'm really keen to be a component of the Mildura country music arena and I'm sure it's going to be a lot of fun down there with all my colleagues coming along to the Mildura Country Music Festival 2013 with Adam Price.
