The customer is often right. Whether or not you are business or not, I'm sure you have heard it said. Well, the other night during our Empower Hour Team call, I heard Tony Rush say its not accurate. When I originally heard Tony say that, I was doubtful, I was thinking, OK, where's he going with this one. Tony has a technique of pushing people's buttons. I listened to Tony go on and as he went on he explained that IN THIS BUSINESS the customer is often right in only certain situations but in the majority of situations he does not even know what he wants. Due to this, the proverb isn't correct.
Now lets inspect this for a minute. Well, you don't have to examine if you listen to Tony Explain it . Tony announces "the customer is always right" in this business, is an expression that is not right. WHY? Because he is not moving forward with an attitude and a mind-set of certainty and expectancy. He's thinking like a customer and will not begin to make money until he thinks like a leader.
Most individuals enter an internet promotion business with the perspective of a buyer.
