When you want or wish to acquire something what is the first thing that you do? Most of the persons I know (including myself) would actually go to the information highway to search and compare prices. I also check where I can have the most discount, which store delivers for free, etc. Others would go into their Facebook or Twitter account and ask friends and families about the product or service they are interested in purchasing.

When you look for a day job what is the chief medium people use to get their curriculum vitae out there? I believe you will agree with me it's the email. When persons see job postings on the newspaper and the moment they apply, they are asked to send their CV by email or open an account in employer's online system.

If you have a business and if you are not using the net to build or market, it is about time you start studying and start using it. Start integrating online marketing into your business. This is not a replacement of the traditional or offline methods but part of your overall marketing method.

The Game Plan

For any business to attain good outcome we need a specific plan to achieve our goals. My aim here is to help and teach you how to make money online (The EASY Way!) or if you are a corporation, increase your ROI using online approaches. It does not matter what kind of business you have (home-based business, network marketing, affiliate, etc), you can use the same methods we are using to earn a decent income online or increase your ROI (return of investment). Below is the simple plan I follow.

Get Quality Leads!

Leads are basically the people who are prospects. Have you ever received a call from a call centre sales rep trying to sell you goods or services you don't require or have not even heard of? I'm sure most of us experienced it! I'm also sure most of you where annoyed and irritated that you don't answer calls if the number is unknown. This is an example of a bad lead. On the other hand, a hungry person that goes to a restaurant to eat is an example of a good lead. He has a definite wish (hungry) and we simply helped solve it by offering food. Quality lead for me is much more definite and laser targeted. It's a lead that does not need much marketing. For example, I want to eat a shrimp tempura. Let's say the only place I can get that is in a Japanese diner. I go out and look for a Japanese restaurant. I don't go to Wendy's, Subway or any other food chain. Now I become a high quality lead for a Japanese restaurant because no matter how much or how long I will wait, the percentage of me purchasing something is very high with very little marketing effort. The best company I can think of at the time of writing this who does this is very well is Apple. People who buy Apple products were already sold even before they went to the store to purchase something.

Follow Up and Create Relationship

Once you have a list of quality leads. Start building relationship with them by doing follow ups. Advise them that you have what they are looking for. Communicate and start building trust with them. The better you do this, the better it is for you and your business. Always operate with integrity!

Market to Your List

The better you did the first two steps, the lesser marketing you need to do. Sometimes no marketing work involved at all! Of course, you also need a high quality product or service along with it.
