If you are in a quest to attract true love, you have to be ready to learn to love yourself more. When you find happiness within yourself, you learn how to make others happy too, which is one of the most basic steps on how to find love. It may sound tough since you have been pre-conditioned to hate yourself but some exercises can open your mind and make you more receptive to loving yourself. This topic of love has been discussed for years and years now and yet no one can still say what it is for sure. That tingly feeling you get when you first meet someone you are attracted to, chances are that is not finding love either.

You may call that a crush or you may even say it is romantic love but it is in no way the true love you so hope for. Another thing you need to know about true love is that it does not only exist between men and women who are also lovers as true love may exist even between friends of the same sex. If you have respect and a sense of well-being for someone then true love may just exist.
