Team-building events have become a famous way to enhance camaraderie, cooperation and morale of people in a business or professional setting. The exercise for men concentrates on problem-solving and teamwork via action. They help men work together so as to acquire common goals.

One of the team-building activities that men can perform is group juggling. This is ideal for new employees who are not yet familiar with one another as it would help them learn their names. The activity involves forming a circle, calling out the first name of a member of the group and tossing a ball to that person. The latter gets the ball, calls out another player's name and tosses the ball to him. Once everybody has the opportunity to catch and toss the ball, another ball must be brought in. This time the surname of players should be called out.

Blind Shapes is another team-building game that teaches leadership and communication. This needs a long rope that all players must clutch while they are standing up and a blindfold that they must put on . There must be a space of one foot between the players. With their blindfolds on, the group must arrange themselves into a shape called out by the facilitator such as a square, circle, triangle or rectangle. They should use the rope as their guide to form the shape. After the shape has been formed, the group must then create another shape.

Another team-building activity is Towel Volleyball. The group must be divided into two with one team having 2 or more members. A volleyball net must be placed in the middle of the room or area. The teams must go to each side of the net and then toss a light ball over the net's side utilizing a blanket to project it. The goal of the game is for players to move and work together so as to get the ball and passing it back to the other team.

Laughter workshops should also be done by the groups so as to draw out laughter from everyone and basically just have fun. Laughter washes away stress which makes both managers and employees unproductive.

Men will also enjoy hunting games as they would be able to know more about themselves and their team players. The game will reveal every member's personality as they work together to experience hunting. This involves going out into the woods and setting up camp or renting a cabin. They should then start hunting for animals that man can eat such as a deer, ducks or elk. If this activity is done in another country such as South America or Africa, the team can get guides who will serve as facilitators and cooks. When hunting in other countries, people should know the hunting laws there so as not to get into trouble with the authorities.

Sports are great ways to promote team-building in men. This can be basketball, football, rugby, volleyball or other sports. Every team member must help each player so as to improve their performance in the game. This shall allow everyone toconnect together.

With these team-building events for men, they will surely have fun and learn a lot of lessons on teamwork, cooperation and hard work.
