Do all successful MLM leaders know something that we do not know? Are there certain insider systems that only the heavy hitters know which have not been disclosed?

MLM leaders are not part of a secret society with funny handshakes; and they don't have hidden methods. What they all know and have is something that new social promoters do not have and that is simply called experience.

How did they get to be Where they are Right now?

Their business is a business - that may sound easy. They understand that beginning and managing a company successfully is a major matter. Everything they do to push and move their business along they treat as an investment in their future financial security, regardless of whether at first they only paid a buy-in fee of 5 dollars! These folk are what are known as entrepreneurs. That's the secret they share. They're industrious, devoted, patient and determined.

MLM leaders start at the start with a goal in mind. They know exactly where they are going and have a plan to get there.

They have written goals and a written plan. And they're pragmatic enough to appreciate that success isn't going to happen overnite.

They are prepared to work hard and do whatever is mandatory and suitable to attain success.

Profitable social marketing firms do take forever to build, and the top producers had the experience to understand when the right opportunity was presented to them, and then they put all of their efforts into it. Persistence pays. Forget the percentages. Forget the setbacks, just learn from them.

MLM leaders work. They may "work from home" but they do, indeed, work.

They may give the illusion they are doing nothing apart from the actuality is most top revenue earners have a simply put in more hours and have made more presentations to more people than those who are still wrestling to make money in the business.

The true MLM leaders are the entrepreneurs who will expand a business whatever the percentages. The word failure isn't in their dictionary. They know that promoting is the most vital aspect of success. They present and promote their business opportunity every day, each week, and could have planned a schedule for a year ahead. They understand that by turning into a leader they are accountable for loads of other people's success, and that isn't a responsibility to be taken lightly.
