This feature is supported in Google Chrome (version 20 and greater) and Mozilla Firefox (version 11 and greater) only because these Web browsers support HTML5. Internet Explorer also supports HTML5, however does not support other features needed to make use of the drag and drop functionality. With the new drag and drop method, you will still have the ability to carry out all tasks that you can possibly do using the original import method.

Note: All file types are supported. However, you can not import directories using drag and drop.

To bring in files using drag and drop
- Ensure Web Access is open in Chrome or Firefox and that you have browsed to the location in Windows Explorer which contains the documents you wish to import.
- Locate the files you wish to import on your computer system. Position Windows Explorer and Web Access so you can easily see both applications.
- Choose the file (s) you wish to import and drag all of them to the Web Access Contents Pane. You will see a box that states "Drop files here!" in addition to the destination path. Drop the files in addition to that box. If you drop them anyplace else, the import will not work.
