There is a myth floating around the internet, and it started a few years ago. The myth is that you can easily and quickly get rid of love handles. Why does one get love handles? Where did they come from? As obvious as the answers are to this question, many people are still looking for that magic pill or that magic exercise. People go years and let their body decline and allow excess baggage to build up. They eat unhealthy foods, and their daily exercise is walking to the mailbox. A list needs to be made of all the bad foods one is eating. Then a list needs to be made of all the healthy foods. Then after the lists are made the change needs to happen. The person making the list needs to throw away the junk food list, and start buying more foods on the healthy food list. After this is done and the person wanting to lose love handles starts eating healthier, it is very possible they will start losing weight. The reason that statement can be a fact depends on how unhealthy one is eating. Then to replace all that junk food with healthy foods can make a big difference in caloric intake. When a person reduces caloric intake then the need for caloric burn will not be a great challenge.
A person can go to the gym everyday and spend hours at the gym trying to lose love handles. They can spend hours doing Love handle Workouts.
