The best way to do this is by getting the heaviest duty cleaning detergent that you can find and scrubbing away. The only flaw with this plan is that the laminate, though easy to clean, will only hold up for a few years and then you will have to go through the whole process again. A far more durable and attractive way to resurface kitchen countertop is to use nice ceramic tile and a bit of grout to create smooth surface. All you have to do is glue the tile to your old countertop. You'll be amazed by how professional the final result looks.
