The difference between urge and stress incontinence is of a wide range, but sometimes, both of them could present at the same time. Cases like this could be very hard to deal with, and it is only right that you seek help as early as you could. Incontinence can go away with very simple treatments. Sometimes , there would be cases of incontinence caused by infection, and treating the infection will make the condition go away. Other times, lifestyle changes would be needed. For example, aging might make it difficult for someone to keep her pelvic muscles strong, and persistent coughing due to smoking wouldn't really help in lessening the symptoms.
