Change all your dressings, cheeses and milk to fat-free or at least low-fat.
2. At work, do not tempt yourself by eating out all the time. Prepare your lunch the night before and stuff your brown bag with healthier alternatives than what is served in a restaurant near work. At least this way, you know what you are eating and you can make it taste good by researching on tasty but healthy recipes online. Do not forget to also stock your office drawers with healthy munchies that you can easily reach when it is 3 o'clock PM and you are craving for some energy source. 4. Stay away from things that will make you stray from your goal! If you know that you just can't pass up on a double chocolate sundae with chocolate chips from your favorite ice cream parlor, then do not go to that place at all. Staying far from food temptations will require some effort on your end but the pay-off will be worth it in the long run.
